JALT Hokkaido 43rd AGM and Election of Officers will take place on 29 January, 2022 at 5pm, right before our first workshop event of the year.
We will quickly cover officer reports from 2021, what we have planned for 2022 and announcement of JALT Hokkaido officers for 2022.
The election period for officers is from Friday, January 5 to Friday January 28.
Please cast an *anonymous vote for our hard working slate of officers.
*In order to be able to verify the voters, we cannot make the voting system 100% anonymous. Please see the procedure below.
Voting Procedure
1) Click on the link which will take you to the JALT Hokkaido Voting Form.

2) You will need to enter your email address that you used to join JALT. This will be the only identifier on the form. JALT Hokkaido's appointed Election's Officer, Michael Mielke, will be the only person with access to the votes. He will send the email addresses to our Membership chair to verify that the emails belong to valid members.
3) All of the candidates are running unopposed so you have the option of voting for the whole slate of candidates with one click. You can also choose to vote or not vote for each individual candidate.
4) There will also be a chance to join as a Member-at-Large and give your opinion, suggestions or feedback.
4) Be sure to press the SUBMIT button when you have completed the ballot.
5) You will receive a confirmation email showing your vote. Please keep this for your records.
