Throughout COVID-19, the importance of emergency remote teaching has been advocated. With online classes being the new norm, it has perhaps become a necessity to continue this beyond the pandemic; meanwhile, teachers can benefit from learning and sampling new pieces of technology and software. But how can we do this in today’s environment? This presentation overviews the webinar function in Zoom and its use for getting information out in a professional and orderly atmosphere. The workshop will share how to set up a webinar and the examples of different functions that can be used to enhance a presentation. There will be opportunities to see the ‘admin’ side of things, much like the behind the scenes of an actual presentation in an auditorium. Q&A will be available and highly encouraged.
