The next Multilingual Cafe (OLE SIG) is scheduled for Wednesday Jan. 26th, 2022 from 7:30 pm to 9:00 pm and will take place online. The theme is "Sustainability - what can we improve when teaching and researching?"
The OLE SIG wants to provide a space to meet and share using languages other than English, creating a community of practice. At the Multilingual Café you can meet people with various language learning backgrounds and you can chat in your favourite language. The languages available depend on those attending on the day (for example French, German, Spanish, Thai, Hungarian, Chinese, Tagalog and many more). Interested? Why don't you join?
After a short presentation from Bertlinde Vögel and Maria Gabriela Schmidt we will meet in breakoutrooms where different languages are used for further discussions on the topic. (Lingua Franca: English and Japanese)
