Conference theme:
“Exploring Age and Motivation:
Different EFL Methods for Different Generations”?
This year’s topic will explore motivational issues concerning learner age and age-associated teaching methods and techniques. EFL for any group, from young learners to seniors, and even special populations can be inspiration for this year’s MEES presentations and discussions.

Children studying for the TOEIC test? Pre-teens being asked to spend most of an English lesson coloring with crayons?
Parents expecting their children’s writing to be completely grammatically correct and error free? These are just three examples
of what may happen when teachers, parents, and administrators do not pay attention to what is developmentally appropriate in
EFL education for children. This presentation will address real-life examples of inappropriate lessons and testing situations and
then provide easy guidelines to follow to help teachers, parents, and administrators avoid this from happening. A step-by-step
guide to how the same lesson can be adjusted in order to be appropriate for kindergarteners, early elementary, and late elementary
school students will also be shown.

All proposals should be 100-200 words in Word or PDF format
and address the conference topic.
1. Session Presentation:
40 minutes (25 minute presentation, 15 minute Q & A). Please advise about your presentation style: Hands-on Workshop, Lecture, PowerPoint Presentation, etc.
2. .Poster Presentation:
Maximum size 150x150cm.
