Based on a case study of 15 students, the presenter will share about the development process of self-regulated learning skills during the first year in college. The presenter will briefly introduce the background of research and its theory, then share a summary of research findings. The presenter hopes this sharing might be useful for those who are engaged in teaching first-year students and who want to help them develop self-study skills.
本発表では、初年次生の自己調整学習スキルの発達過程ついて、発表者が行った15名の事例研究に基づいて考察します。この研究の背景や理論を紹介した後、研究から得られた結果の要点をお話しします。大学の初年次生を教えている方や、学生の自主学習スキルを伸ばしたいと考えている方にとって、この発表が何かのヒントになればと思います。
Dr. Yukiko Ishikawa is an associate professor at Soka Women’s College. She completed her doctoral studies at Temple University Japan in 2018. Her research interests include self-regulated learning, first-year experience, and language advising.
