JALT's 46th Annual International Conference on Language Teaching and Learning & Educational Materials Exhibition will be held online on 16 - 23 November 2020.
To greater support educators during the current emergency teaching and learning environment in Japan and around the world, JALT2020 Communities of Teachers and Learners is opening a special and limited call for presentations related to foreign language Emergency Remote Teaching and Learning. The call for presentations will be open from June 15 to July 17 (11:59 PM, Japan Standard Time). By adding such sessions to our program, we hope to share research that has been conducted in the early phases of the COVID-19 outbreak and offer pedagogical support for language teachers. JALT2020 will offer a platform for exploring how the language teaching field is adapting to changes that have stemmed from the pandemic, with a strong focus on the challenges that have been posed and ways to move forward.
