JALT holds three Executive Board Meetings (EBMs) per year (full weekend EBMs in February and June, and a one-hour EBM at the annual international JALT conference). All Board of Directors (BoD) members as well as representatives from all of JALT's chapters and SIGs are expected to attend, as well as invited attendees from publications board, various committees, and so on.
The JALT Executive Newsletter (JENL) will be online two weeks before the EBM. This newsletter contains information about the meeting such as the meeting agenda, reports, and minutes of the EBM and Board of Directors meetings.
The specific schedule will be posted in the JENL. Here is a general schedule:
