Provide immigration paperwork or documents of this kind.
Provide any assistance with travel arrangements.
Participants from outside Japan should check the following government site regarding visa requirements for entry into Japan.
Please understand that JALT assumes no financial, legal or personal responsibilities for a conference attendee. The onus is on the attendee to arrange for their entry visa to Japan. Presenters, upon acceptance of their paper, may request a letter from JALT stating their acceptance.
