This is the form to use for making UNVETTED presentation proposal submissions for the JALT2024 conference. The deadline for submissions is Friday, May 31, 2024, 11:59pm Japan Standard Time. Please use this form for the following situations ONLY:
- JALT AMs submitting presentations for guaranteed slots
- Chapter, SIG, or JALT-sponsored presentations
- SIG AGMs or JALT business and officer meetings
- Submissions made as part of JALT International and Domestic Affiliate agreements
If you are unsure whether or not your presentation is unvetted, chances are it is not. If you are not sure, contact the conference team: https://jalt.org/contact.
Before filling out this form please ensure you have read the Call for Presentation Proposals. Submissions deviating from the guidelines may not be considered.
Please submit all contact and presenter details IN ENGLISH. Fields marked with * are required.
Important
- To avoid submission and formatting errors, save your summary as a plain text file first, and then use this to copy into the webform text box.
- Do not format your short summary with tabs, bold text, bullet marks, or line breaks. This could cause problems with the text display when it is later prepared for the conference database.
- Use a single space only after punctuation such as periods/full stops, not double spaces.
- Pay attention to the character and word count limits. Titles or summaries that are too long will be automatically truncated and so may not make sense.
