Hello everyone!
We warmly invite you to join the first LD get-together of 2023 on Sunday 26th February 14:30-17:00. All members are welcome to join and share their experiences.
What we will be doing
In addition to what we normally do (reconnecting and sharing), 2 SIG members (Emily Choong and Ken Ikeda) will be presenting about the LD topics they have been recently working on and thinking about. After each of these mini-presentations (5-10 minutes), we will discuss our reactions, provide feedback, and think how the presentation topic relates to our own contexts. Our hope is that this will help us all work together on our professional development while also sparking new ventures and collaborations.
Even if you can’t come on February 26th, please consider stepping forward to make a mini-presentation at our next Get-together on April 23rd. You should aim to share your ideas using a maximum of 10 slides. This is not a formal presentation – just a way to share ideas, kindle some discussion, and gain some potentially useful and insightful feedback.
