CUE SIG stands for College and University Educators, therefore CUE’s goal is to provide a forum for the presentation and discussion of educational activities, ideas and research of broad interest to college and university educators in Japan. If you are involved in tertiary education and are committed to professional development, you are CUE, too. CUEとは大学外国語教育研究部会を表します。CUEの目的は、日本の大学に従事する教育者が幅広く関心を持つ教育活動、アイデア、研究を発表し、議論する場を提供することです。高等教育機関に携わり、専門的な開発に取り組んでいるならあなたもCUEです。 Founded in 1993, the CUE SIG has approximately 400-500 members across Japan. Each year, CUE sponsors featured speakers for forums at various conferences and events such as the JALT International Conference and holds or co-sponsors events such as the CUE Conference (or ESP Symposium) in fall and PanSIG in spring. 1993年に設立されたCUE SIGは、日本全国に約400～500名の会員を擁しています。毎年、JALT国際会議などの各種会議・イベントでのフォーラムに講師を派遣しているほか、秋にはCUE Conference（またはESPシンポジウム）、春にはPanSIGなどのイベントを開催・協賛しています。
